Summary
Provides training coordination and support services to a large and varied customer base. Job duties are dependent on the specific position but can include one or more of the following: course registration, proctoring, training materials production, records management, classroom and facility management, course coordination, training status reporting and training plan management.

Provides resolutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of multiple factors. Contributes to the development of the organizationís goals and objectives. Works under limited direction. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Determines approach to solutions, plan schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives.

An experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized area plus working knowledge of other related fields. This job is a fully qualified, career-oriented position. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.

Education
Position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years related experience.
