JOB SUMMARY

We are actively seeking an HVAC Mechanical Engineer who is experienced working onsite for construction support. This role will be responsible for providing and following codes and regulations, and client specific design criteria. This role will also require going into the field and checking compliance.

Qualifications:

· Experience in the design of mechanical systems including HEPA filtration systems and Industrial Exhaust.

· 10 years design experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with DOE, Idaho National Laboratory, or Naval Reactors Facilities is preferred

· Fire Protection design experience desired but not required

· Design Software experience desired: Carrier HAP, Trance TRACE, PipeFlo

· Knowledge of building and design codes, including IBC, IMC, IPC, NFPA, and ASME

QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from and ABET-certified institution

U.S. Citizenship

· Experience in industrial/government design of Mechanical, HVAC, B31.3 Piping, Plumbing Systems required

· PE license in Idaho or the willingness to quickly obtain an Idaho License
