We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong HVAC background/skills. Please see qualifications listed below:

Duties:
• Establishing Technical Requirements by developing System Design Descriptions (SDD) and reviewing design packages form design agencies.
• Provide agencies with technical input on design changes required during design phases.
• Planning, Walkdowns and Construction Support as requested to assure that equipment and material meet the specification requirements.

Education/Experience:
• Possess a strong working knowledge of HVAC and ventilation structures, systems, and components.
• Demonstrate experience analyzing and evaluating ventilation system performance for improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate Experience in troubleshooting system deficiencies to recommend resolution.
• Demonstrate Experience in analyzing electrical instrumentation and control requirements.
• Be able to walk down systems in the field and support nonconformance issues in real time.
• Knowledge of HVAC modelling software/systems is required.

Duration: 12 months + possible extensions
