The Lead Engineer / Project Manager II will be expected to create process and procedures for performing cHIL testing for complex circuit and protective relaying packages. The successful candidate should also have extensive knowledge in developing AC and DC schematics for protective relaying and using relay software (AcSELerator) to develop templates for P&C philosophy.

In addition, the Lead Engineer / Project Manager II role will provide; project development support, project initiation support, standards and specifications reviews, request for proposal (RFP) development, procurement support, quality assurance checks, and testing and commissioning support. The candidate should have a background in creating detailed design packages including wiring diagrams, schematics, site layouts, and equipment specifications.
