Framatome is seeking part-time Outage Managers to oversee IB Outage Services projects, as well as Integrated Outage Managers to oversee multiple work groups during a refueling outage. Outage Manager is responsible for managing work groups performing highly complex and procedurally driven tasks in and outside of containment, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Under very broad supervision, this position is responsible for routine to very complex installation, repair, preventative maintenance and testing of tools and equipment at customer sites. Relies on expert experience/judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Frequently directs less experienced staff in the field and provides input regarding performance. Position will be required to perform tasks in radioactive conditions and may be required to work around corrosive chemicals, both requiring the appropriate personal protective equipment to be donned.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Serves as the primary focal point contact with the customer.
Leads and direct Framatome employee assigned to outage activities.
Directs planning and scheduling support, coordinates cost estimates and procurement, and designs support plans prior to and during the outage.
Monitors progress of outage work, identifies problems, revises schedules and budgets, and reports status of outage to management.
Coordinates operations and maintenance activities during the outage.
Oversees implementation of ALARA programs, prepares outage-related documentation, and assesses the adequacy of planning documents and systems
Complying with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance.
Work flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service.
Requires extensive travel to a variety of regional and remote job sites.

Travel: Up to 100% domestic travel. Potential international travel; office environment will be for training purposes only.

Required Experience
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

Bachelor's Degree, or directly related equivalent experience in lieu of degree, plus a minimum of 10 years of closely related experience.

The range of base salary for the position is between $51 - $68 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
