System One is seeking to contract with a Health Physics Safety Technician (Radiation Monitor) in Richland, WA for 6-8 months with the possibility of extension. This positions will provide radiological control functions including radiological sample collection and analysis, contamination, radiation, chemical and radiological area posting/identification, area radiological monitoring for control purposes, radiological release of materials, emergency response, including Plant Emergency Response Team qualification, surface survey for radiological characterization, tracking radiological exposure for access control, shipping, maintaining the respiratory protection program, maintain specified aspects of the dosimetry program, perform personnel decontamination, first-aid and medical support, radiological instrument program and participate in specified pre-job briefings. Duties may include work with routine and/or special detection equipment.
