System One is looking for an experienced quality professional for a Quality Program Manager/Inspection Superintendent position at Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC.

Quality Programs Manager

The Quality Programs Manager reporting directly to the Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, supervision, and implementation of the following SRS quality program activities:  surveillances, QC engineering, training, records review and management.  In addition, the Quality Programs Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities as a minimum:
Assist NDE and Civil department in safety, procedure revisions, and individual performance reviews
Responsible for Individual Performance Reviews for Administrative personnel
Overall responsibility for all aspects of the Quality Assurance Program at SRS, including maintenance of the System One Quality Systems Manual.
Assure program compliance to the quality assurance criteria, as well as the supplemental requirements, as specified in the subcontract SOW
Assure that all procurements are processed in accordance with the graded quality requirements specified by SRNS/SRMC
Assure that all conditions adverse to quality are properly documented and processed in accordance with the nonconformance program and/or the corrective actions program
Assure that documents and records management activities are properly executed and compatible with the SRNS program.  This shall include the development, establishment, and implementation of a system for collection, storage, review, access control, indexing and retrievability, and maintenance of quality records
Responsible for control and maintenance of all site-generated procedures, forms, and records, including revisions thereto and for obtaining SRNS/SRMC review, comments and resolution, and approval prior to implementation
Develop and implement the System One Quality Control Indoctrination, Training and Certification Program at SRS and assure that personnel are adequately trained and certified to corporate and project requirements
Determine training and employee notification requirements for procedure changes; advise supervisors of the training requirements and indicate the method of training as required
Develop and implement a surveillance program to monitor the effective implementation of the quality assurance program at SRS
Review Civil Testing Lab Manual
Responsible for property management (inventory and control) and maintenance of government-furnished facilities and equipment
Assist in the resolution of SRNS/SRMC quality-related items
Help coordinate internal and external agency audits.
Evaluate the performance of subordinate personnel in the areas of performance, salary recommendations, delegation of authority, disciplinary actions, individual performance goals, and all other administrative issues
Perform safety/housekeeping inspections as required
Responsible for all administrative aspects of personnel assigned to the quality assurance department
Perform Quarterly Surveillances

Administer Eye Exams
