POSITION DESCRIPTION
The main duties include, but are not limited to:​
Develop a reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program,
Recommend real property assets that are candidates for RCM analysis based on an asset criticality assessment coupled with maintenance data analytics using real property asset systems provided by Sandia,
Conduct an RCM analysis on selected real property assets. RCM analysis shall be performed using SNL provided software (Uptake PM Strategy Explorer). When SNL provided software cannot be used, consulting resources in collaboration with RCM staff shall perform an RCM analysis using failure mode & effects analysis (FMEA) techniques coupled with RCM industry best practices and principles to include asset data and performance requirements; understanding operating context, asset failure consequence, and failure prevention maintenance strategies and tasks, and/or system design changes.
Perform criticality assessments,
Perform maintenance data analytics,
Identify real property assets to conduct RCM analysis,
Perform RCM analysis,
Perform failure mode & effects analyses (FMEA),
Develop an appropriate maintenance strategy and corresponding new maintenance plans or identify changes to existing maintenance plans,
Perform a lifecycle cost-reliability benefit analysis to justify the implementation of maintenance strategy and plans,
RCM Deliverables: Phase II RCM Analyses
Maintenance strategies and plans identifying maintenance activities and associated frequency.
Lifecycle maintenance cost-reliability benefit analysis.
Performance monitoring recommendations to evaluate the efficacy of the recommended maintenance strategies and plans.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
7 years experience to include but not limited to:
Experience developing a reliability centered maintenance program,
Able to conduct RCM analysis on real estate assets,
Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening.
Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience on DOE sites and programs,
Experience with programmatic infrastructure equipment (PIE),
Experience with Lifecycle Asset Management Planning (LCAMP),
Experience with Design Manuals and specifications,
Experience with campus planning.
