Duties/Responsibilities:
Work with construction automation and CSA Manager for development of all construction reporting requirements to include construction scheduling, budget, scope development, and other reporting structures as assigned.
Developing construction labor control to ensure maximum time on tools.
Work directly with the Advance Work Package (AWP) manager.
Develop procedures, processes, means, and methods related to construction reporting, accounting, and scheduling.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business (or related field).
Experience/Skills:
Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (“L” or “Q”) within the past two years.
An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned duties. Candidate(s) must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" security clearance.
The subcontractor shall provide one Discipline Construction Design and Integration Manager.
The Subcontractor(s) shall have the qualifications of a "Senior Project Controls/Scheduler" (CLIN-20) as delineated in the labor categories in the BOA.
"SOW-508192," Attachment A, entitled, "Approved Labor Categories." Assignments will be reviewed and confirmed by a NNSA Capital Projects Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or their designee.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance.
