Overview
Candidate shall provide Program Management, Project Management and Business, Planning, and Integration leadership to advance the Tritium mission.

Responsibilities
Building collaborative relationships to execute strategic initiatives and meet various Weapons Activity program deliverables. This scope requires working with the NNSA HQ Federal Program Managers, Tritium leadership, Tritium program
managers, cost center managers, and BSRA for support as needed.
Working knowledge of DOE Project and NNSA Program Management Policies and Directives and application to NNSA Facilities, particularly Tritium.
Preparing Business Plans for various Weapons Activities tritiuminitiatives using Tritium Program Management experience.
Develop work authorization and multi-fiscal year baselines, including scopes taking earned value in support of NNSA Programs and documenting the process.
Develop and implement management systems and tools for managing mission-driven staffing and document process.
Provide NNSA Program management knowledge transfer and mentoring to next generation of SRTE Program Managers.

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor of Science degree in a technical area with 20 years broad experience in engineering, operations, marketing, strategic and business planning or a masterís degree in a technical area or a Master of Business Administration with 16 years broad experience as described above.

Experience / Skills

Candidate must possess a minimum twenty (20) years' experience in program and cost management and planning and in facility management and planning.
Candidate must have strong problem solving, analysis and people skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
Candidate must demonstrate strategic planning leadership of senior management teams.
Candidate must have ability to develop NNSA programs, budgets, and workforce requirements to support related strategies and initiatives.
Candidate shall demonstrate experience managing U.S. and International NNSA related projects and programs and have a unique knowledge of the Weapons Activities Tritium Programs.
Candidate shall demonstrate experience with the NNSA Federal Budget Process and DOE/NNSA Capital Acquisition process with emphasis and familiarity with DOE and NNSA Policies and Directives.
Computer Experience (proficiency) in basic software application to include Excel and Microsoft Word.
Active Q - Clearance or Completed DOE reinvestigation within last five years, such that Q-Clearance can be readily activated.
Must be U.S. Citizen.

This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Work Hours
Nominal 32 hours /week or 40 hours/week. Flexible schedule to accommodate Tritium management needs.

Ability to sit/ stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Travel
Travel as required by SRNS Management.
