Top Required Skills
1) Nuclear Electrical Mods Planning Experience
2) Good people and computer skills
3) Ability to read and interpret plant drawings and design packages
4) MUST have Maximo/PAMs experience (this is the software we use for planning) *Nuclear experience is required.

Soft Skill Requirements
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
• Must get along with a variety of people and personalities. Has to interface with the craft and with management.
• Will need to plan various workorders dealing with demolition, modification, and installation of electrical and I&C systems using site procedures.

High Level Project Overview:
• The candidate will fill a position as an I&C Electrical Planner for the Surry Digital I&C Program. The Digital I&C project is a 10+ year effort as part of Subsequent License Renewal (SLR) to upgrade safety and non-safety-related analog systems to digital and transform the main control room to flat panel displays and controls. This role works with a cross-functional team of station stakeholders, project leads, and project managers to evaluate modifications to the plant design.
