Training Manager responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) procedures, oversight of process output, identification of process gaps, and providing recommendations to correct gaps. Emergency Planning Manager is responsible for the management and control of all activities of the Emergency Planning and Response organization in accordance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) operating license and other applicable plans, policies, and procedures. The Emergency Planning Manager is responsible for maintaining a high state of readiness in the emergency planning and response organizations to assure the continued production of safe and reliable electricity, to achieve excellence and maintain a fully trained Nuclear Emergency Response Organization. Responsible for all programs and activities associated with the Nuclear Emergency Planning cost.
