Training Manager responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) procedures, oversight of process output, identification of process gaps, and providing recommendations to correct gaps. Develop, implement, and manage training performance indicators and metrics capable of tracking and trending relevant training program data necessary to maintain program. Provide guidance and support to training supervisors and staff as necessary to ensure compliance with INPO accreditation guidelines and regulations. Design, develop, implement, and manager an instructor-training program that ensures a competent instructional staff.
Outage Manager responsible for outage planning and execution. As part of the Equipment Performance organization, Outages is accountable for the preparation of forced and planned outage schedules in order to meet the goals and objectives of our preventative maintenance program and life-cycle management plan. Base salary and bonus.
Engineering Manager responsible for Design & Systems Engineering Organization. Position reports to Director of Strategic Projects. Primary responsibilities are to achieve high levels of department performance by providing the engineering group priorities and direction, coordination and management of Company Engineering program/procedure requirements, approval of technical products, maintenance of regulatory commitments, and resolution of complex technical issues consistent with plant licensing and design bases
Emergency Planning Manager is responsible for the management and control of all activities of the Emergency Planning and Response organization in accordance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) operating license and other applicable plans, policies, and procedures. The Emergency Planning Manager is responsible for maintaining a high state of readiness in the emergency planning and response organizations to assure the continued production of safe and reliable electricity, to achieve excellence and maintain a fully trained Nuclear Emergency Response Organization. Responsible for all programs and activities associated with the Nuclear Emergency Planning cost.
