Major Responsibilities: Support project needs for design, design review, commissioning, testing, code interpretations, and walk downs at project locations, as required. Apply the principles of HVAC safety in the development of structures, systems, and components. Develop and revise Ventilation and Instrumentation Diagrams (V&IDs), formal calculations,
Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical (or related) Engineering with 2 - 5 years years of progressive professional work experience or 6 - 9 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of construction roles, practices, and economics.
� Knowledge of industry and regulatory guides, codes, and standards (specifically ASHRAE).
� Knowledge of engineering planning and control methods including computerized methods.
� Strong verbal and written communications skills.
� Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
� Proficient in the use of Trane TRACETM 700 and VariTraneTM Duct Designer software.
� Knowledge of FATHOM and Arrow fluid analysis programs.
