** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Field Office Specialist to fill a 1-year assignment in the Forest Park, Georgia area.

Rates: $22.00 - $27.50 per hour
Per diem is available if you qualify
If the supplemental worker travels to the garage they will have to wear safety glasses and ensure they have close toe shoes.
Education:
Associates degree required
Bachelors preferred.
Job responsibilities:
Manage and improve field office administrative processes, including scheduling, data management, recordkeeping, and report generation.
Coordinate field personnel activities and ensure effective communication between the office and the field.
Manage communication between the field team and the office, ensuring clear and accurate information flow.
Maintain organized files and documents related to field operations.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of field operation files and documents.
Assist with tracking and reporting on field expenses and budgets.
Assist with field equipment inventory management and ordering.
Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis for field operations.
Collaborate with field personnel to optimize equipment inventory and ordering processes.
Heavily collaborate with other office staff to support company-wide initiatives.
Lead and contribute to field office process improvement initiatives.
This position does not require driving (excluding commute)
This position requires personal protective equipment
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
