LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED. NO PER DIEM OR RELOCATION OFFERED AT THIS TIME.
Qualified individuals will provide support on environmental projects involving environmental assessments and air monitoring. This work will include up to Level C personal protective equipment. Responsibilities include soil sampling, air sampling, air monitoring, person air monitoring, multimedia sampling, field audits and inspections, organizing and reviewing data, preparing reports, contractor oversight, and related services. Qualified individuals will be trained in procedures. This is a 100% field work position.
Experience: 1- 5 years
Education: B.A/B.S. in environmental science, environmental engineer, geologist or related degree required. 40-hour OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER and 8-hour refresher is required. Asbestos certification is a plus.
