Construction Manager
Previous chemical plant experience a plus.
Project could last up to 2 years, and client is looking for a 6 months minimal commitment.

Client is looking to start this position as soon as possible.

Coordinates the construction activities of all of the contractors, by working directly with the contractors and with the individual discipline leads
Responsible for the construction schedule (timeline)
Responsible for construction SAFETY
Responsible for overall compliance with Engineering Documents (Dwgs, Specs, Etc.) and for documenting “as-built” conditions
Responsible for the overall construction quality program
Responsible for the overall construction materials confirmation program
Responsible for handing off a converted electrolyzer to Operations, ready to be commissioned
The big difference between the CM and the Individual Discipline Leads is the
Client has Disciplined Leads already in place that will report directly to Construction Manager (Electrical, I&C, Civil, Piping / Instruments & Control Valves / Process Equipment, etc.)
