Job Title: Project Manager (Industrial Construction)
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
Direct Hire
Pay: 85-110k + Bonus + Per diem when traveling

Specifics:
- Will work on a portfolio of industrial construction projects within 150 mi radius of their Cleveland office
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or something similar is preferred, not required but will help with sending over at higher rates.
- PMP also preferred but will be helpful
- Over 5 years of Project Management within the Construction Industry
- Will be using Vista (construction management software) on a day-to-day basis. Other preferred softwares that would look good: InEight Estimating, P6 Primavera, BlueBeam, AutoCAD
