Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains a resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/POA&M to meet program and/or project tracking and reporting requirements.
Develop project plans including sub-projects and update accordingly.
Produce metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex project, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program.
Perform studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects.
Develops the IMS and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products.
Performs integration of program plans, estimates and schedules across company functional areas, installation tasks, subcontractors and teaming partners of moderate complexity.
Identifies, analyze and reports performance variances to management.
Works with PMs to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate.
Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification
Five (5) years minimum experience with MS Project scheduling
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Experience with estimating project requirements
Experienced as a Master Scheduler managing MS Project plans in excess of 5000 lines
Experience with resource loaded schedules incorporating labor and materials
MS Project course certification required
Expert level knowledge of MS Visio required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance
Willingness to travel, typically to San Diego, to work with project PMs and other scheduling staff
