 Retrieving the punch list, and parts list, and applicable CNC programs in order to create parts as needed
 Locating and moving or pulling raw sheet metal material as described by the parts list per job.
 Loading materials onto the machine in preparation for punch or break, and safely securing materials on the
machine with the use of clamps, fingers or other fixtures.
 Selecting die clearance, punches, tools, or other attachments needed to complete projects based on the
specifications of the materials; Install and align them as need to ensure optimal performance.
 Coordinating with the 1st class CNC Machine Operator to enter commands or make adjusts to machine
controls to correct errors, especially while operating the break press.
 Monitoring machines and control panel displays to ensure machines are operating correctly.
 Using tools, such as calipers and protractors, to measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
 Staging parts as completed in order to prepare for the next phase of fabrication.
 Performing scheduled and repair maintenance of machines, as required. This also includes maintaining,
sharpening and replacing tools, as necessary.
 Maintaining a safe, clean, well-organized work area.
 Perform necessary side operations during machine cycle time as required.
