4+ years commercial/naval experience as a First Class Machinist
Job Requirements:
• Will be working on various mechanical equipment on and off ship
• Install, removal, replacement, and repair of various mechanical equipment on naval vessels
• Ability to comprehend complex drawings, blueprint, diagrams, and sketches
• Operate cargo crane, portable, milling/drill machine, centrifugal pump, watertight compartment
• Must be able to climb up and down vertical ladders
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and work in confined spaces and around moving equipment
Pay starting at $27.31 an hour
