Looking for 3 levels of Rates Analysts - Career, Senior and Expert -
Career - Bachelor's degree in Business /2 years experience - Analysis and Rates oversees and/or conducts quantitative analytical work in support of various regulatory proceedings. The Analysts develop and sponsor cost allocation, revenue recovery, rate design proposals in regulatory proceedings; develop/review/analyze testimony, discovery, and other
case materials; develop revenue and rate forecasts; develop and administer advice letters and tariffs;
develop and implement rate and cost recovery-related policies and programs and develop and
maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders as part of the regulatory process.
He/She may be involved with the development of case materials, acting as or supporting an expert witness. The incumbent may also be involved in process improvements and other special projects or initiatives.

Senior - Bachelor's degree in Business /5 years experience - Rates and Regulatory Analytics conducts quantitative analytical work in support of various
regulatory proceedings. The Analysts develop and sponsor cost allocation, revenue recovery, and rate design proposals in regulatory proceedings; develop and analyze testimony, discovery and other case materials; develop revenue and rate forecasts; develop and implement rate and cost recovery-related policies and programs and develop and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders as part of the regulatory process. The incumbent will be involved in quantitative modeling, process improvements and documentation. 

Expert - Bachelor's degree in Business /6 years experience - He/She may be involved with the development of case materials, acting as or supporting an expert witness. The incumbent may also be involved in process improvements and other special projects or initiatives. Acts as a witness for areas of quantitative regulatory expertise. Writes testimony, develops work papers and exhibits. Composes responses and/or prepares technical content for complex data responses. Coordinates discovery, audits and workshops to ensure responses are accurate and timely.
May testify in regulatory proceedings. Acts as witness assistant for areas of complex quantitative regulatory expertise 

Looking to fill these positions in the beginning of 2018. Must be local to the area.
