SEEKING: An engineer registered in the state of Arizona with a bare minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, but minimum of closer to 10 years preferable (the more, the better). Required experience would include analysis (studies) and design of underground utility systems (domestic water, water wells, sanitary sewer and lift stations, reclaimed water, storm water, hydronic piping systems, natural gas, and electrical conduit systems). Desirable experience would also include analysis and design of earthwork (grading/regrading, site drainage, storm water pollution prevention, and familiarity with excavation and building foundation preparation). Experience with paving systems are less important but would be helpful. This person will need to be able to run with a job with little to no mentorship and be willing to do periodic traveling around the southwest region. Familiarity and a decent comfort level with AutoCAD is also desirable.

Execute complex assignments for projects requiring the assessment, design, and construction administration of underground utilities, earthwork/grading, and site layout.
Develop and evaluate plans for major projects.
Assess feasibility or soundness of proposed applications when data is insufficient or testing is advisable.
Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members.
Meet and correspond with clients or outside personnel. Some marketing responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.
