As a Senior Controls Engineer you will perform engineering for electric transmission and distribution substations for control, metering, and instrumentation projects. You will provide technical leadership on a multi-disciplined project team. You will develop and document substation communication topology and architecture. You will prepare a list of control, status, and metering points used for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). You will develop requirements for the operation of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), Digital Display Meters (DDMs), revenue meters, annunciators, communication processors, control switch relays, and connections to other Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) in electrical substations.

The qualified candidate MUST have:

* Three (3) plus years of Instrumentation & Controls Engineering experience required.
* Experience working in the Electric Utility Industry (Power, T&D, Grid) and/or a similar Industrial environment.
* BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong professional references.
* Immediate availability.
