Responsible for managing the submittal for funding approvals, creation of work orders, and Automatic Review for Closing (ARC) failures resolution for capital failures (emergent work) identified by Construction & Maintenance Department (C&M), Work Management Department, and Tech Support Team through the corrective process.
Other responsibilities include managing monthly As-Built Estimates required to satisfy the Automatic Review for Closing (ARC) rule for projects to be unitized. These Capital Failures total $15M - $20M in annual projected spending for DEC.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. 2-year degree.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles.
Project-related work school experience
Demonstrated to Working
Knowledge in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving
Graduation from a four-year college or university.
Utility Technical Certifications Training or PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates.
Demonstrated Working knowledge in project-related Scheduling Cost Controls.
